These terms are the agreement between you and AutoInvoice Pro (“we”, “us”) when you use the SaaS platform at autoinvoicepro.co.uk, your dealership's subdomain, or the AutoInvoice Pro iOS app. By creating an account or using the service you accept them.
Questions? Email [email protected].
AutoInvoice Pro is invoicing and sales-paperwork software for vehicle dealerships. Each dealership gets a private, password-protected workspace on its own subdomain, plus access through the iOS app. We may improve, change, or add features over time; we won't remove core functionality you pay for without reasonable notice.
The invoices, customers, vehicles, and settings you put into the service are yours. We host them for you and only process them to run the service, as described in our privacy policy. You can request an export of your data, or deletion of your account and its data, at any time by emailing us.
You agree not to:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules. Where practical we'll warn you first.
We aim to keep the service available around the clock, but it's provided “as is” — we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and occasional maintenance windows may be needed. Support is by email at [email protected] and via the support page.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under law (such as for fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence). Subject to that:
You can stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time. We can terminate or suspend the agreement if you materially breach these terms or your subscription lapses. After termination we keep your data for a reasonable wind-down period (so you can export it or reactivate), then delete it as described in the privacy policy.
If we make material changes we will email you at the address on your account at least 14 days before the change takes effect. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute — though we'd much rather sort things out over email first.
