I forgot my password

Open the AutoInvoice Pro app, tap Sign in, then Forgot your password?. Enter the email you signed up with and we’ll email you a reset link.

I want to cancel my subscription

Sign in to your dealership at autoinvoicepro.co.uk and open Billing → Manage subscription. You can cancel anytime; your data is kept for 90 days in case you change your mind.

How do I delete my data?

Email us at [email protected] and we’ll permanently delete your account and all customer records within 30 days. See our privacy policy for the full details on your data rights.

The iOS app says my email isn’t recognised

You need an active dealership account at autoinvoicepro.co.uk before you can sign in to the app. Sign up on the web first — we’ll email your login details, then use them in the app.
